Students of LICCA celebrated navratri with huge pomp and show. The event was celebrated on 10th October 2015. Students of BBA and BCA took active part in garba and had full enjoyment. The programme started with the Aarti of goddess Amba and followed by garba and free dance. The event ended with delicious lunch and proved to be full of fun.
Lively and entertaining cultural extravaganza comprising of dance, games, melody, skits and truly energetic choreography was at display at the Fresher’s Party on 11th August 2015 at the Laxmi Institute of Commerce and computer application, Sarigam. The feeling of freedom and enthusiasm was at the heart of every fresher. The fresher’s party was organized by the senior students and faculty members of LICCA to comfy
the fresher students. The programme was well organized and celebrated joyfully. The new entrants put up an attractive and a stimulating fashion show in which gorgeous looking girls and smartly dressed boys walked the ramp for the coveted Mr. and Miss Fresher's title. The contest, was held in a number of rounds was keenly judged. The students were umpired on different parameters.
Class toppers and Subject toppers of higher semester were also facilitated with trophies.
LICCA organized kite flying day on the auspicious festival of utrayan on 13th January 2015 for the enjoyment and fun of students. Students of BBA and BCA took active part in kite flying. Students also run many stalls of kite and thread sale. The event was full of fun where in all the students and faculty members enjoyed a lot and had lots of fun.
LICCA recently organized a Farewell party to say 'Good Bye' to senior students on 19th March 2015. Lots of dance performances, farewell songs and drama adorned the party. During the party Tag names were given to the senior students and appreciation certificates were also provided to the subject toppers and other academic toppers. The event was enjoyed by all the faculty members and students and proved to be successful and memorable.
Festivity is the charm of our rich culture and heritage, students of Laxmi Vidyapeeth celebrated the birthday of Lord Krishna in the college i.e.Janamashtami on 19th August 2014 with a spur of joy amongst them. The students portrayed a feeling of team spirit blend together with lots of excitement and fun throughout the entire programme. Their participation was supported by the In-charge principal and all the faculty members of LICCA. The programme was an appreciated effort by the Principal and the management authorities.
